Congratulations:
Sir Andrew Siddle (Property Consultant) became Lord of the Manor of Sydal recently. This followed the death of his father Brian Siddle on 21st April 2009. Andy operates within Northants.
The title originates from North west England ( and family links to Yorkshire , and original Wessex, as well) and predates the current Parish that stands on the land of the original Sydal estate in Lancashire. The original rural hamlet of the family was purchased by Ralph Kenyon, as part of three estates of land, that he purchased in Lancashire ( of the Salford 100) in the year 1548.
